Waverley Hills is best known for producing organic wines with a unique style; extremely smooth with soft ripe tannins and robust fynbos (garrigue) characteristics. The estate is situated between Tulbagh and Ceres at the foothills of the breath-taking Witzenberg Mountain Range. The Waverley Hills De Huijsbosch 2019 has a bright purple centre with a deep red edge. A balanced and structured wine showing aromas of black berries and cassis, with smoky and spicy hints. Full and juicy pallet shows soft ripe tannins with black berries and oak. A red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot.
